Trossard and Saka score
The Gunners are on the brink of qualifying for the knock out stage from their group. In a home game at the Emirates, they hardly broke a sweat as they went past Sevilla.
The frustration from the Newcastle disaster did not surface and Sevilla hardly put up a fight.
Sevilla were unable to conjure any meaningful moves or have any decent shot at the Arsenal goal, as they Gunners maintained a solid midfield presence and delivered a routine defensive display.
A splitting through ball from Jorginho in the first half , found Saka behind the Sevilla defense and his cross was swept in with ease by Leandro Trossard. Arsenal were dominant and had plenty of chances as Sevilla could manage nothing meaningful. Havertz headed past the goal and so did Gabriel.

In the second half , Arsenal continued to push the Sevilla backline. On the hour a Martinelli through pass got Saka behind the backline again, and with a sublime twist he got around the last defender and put Arsenal two up.
Sevilla could hardly muster a shot at goal and would have been wondering on what went wrong.
A win for Arsenal against Lens at home would ensure that they qualify for the knockouts with a match to go. In their first season at Champions league after a long time, Arsenal do look the part and would be a team to watch.
